Girl geek scotland are running some career events and they are virtual so well worth dropping into we think. First one this Wednesday.
From online courses and training, to graduate apprenticeships and MSc’s, we’ll hear how each made the decision to change and the reasons for choosing their very different routes to get there. We’re looking forward to hearing them share the goods, and the bads, about their journey, and hope it will inspire you too.
The Charter through the lens of intersectionality is also this Wednesday with some great speakers in the agenda so definitely worth signing up to.
From our research, organisations are currently at different levels within their intersectional journey and the starting point has to be one of understanding and creating awareness of what it means to look at your organisation through an intersectional lens.
Join us on the 27th October 2021, 12-1pm for our next public event where we will be discussing building an intersectional approach into your workplace inclusion program.
…And for a bit of fun.
VR Book Club is an excuse for a bunch of curious people to try an interesting piece of work in VR/AR/360, meet in a pub somewhere and have a good old chat about what we think of it. All are super-welcome.
This time we will be taking at look at: Madrid Noir by No Ghost, 2021
