End of the month and lots going on!

We forgot to mention that it was National Inclusion week last week!

It was great to be out and about in the city meeting some great groups out there working on the same aims as us. So big thanks to all for the invites and we are looking forward to following up with some of the brilliant incentives (in fact Susie offered to do their data for one of them!)

Knowle West Media Centre

Our friends at KWMC have got a great new evening course coming up at The Factory called ‘Exploring Textile Surfaces’ which will cover a range of hands on and digital techniques for creating designs and patterns onto fabrics.

The course is open to anyone aged 16+, and will run on Thursday evenings 6.15 – 8.15pm for 6 weeks, from 10th October to 21st November, with a break for half term. Project Rainbow – WTH Supporting Non Profits. 

Rainbow RDA is a charity based in Taunton in need of Web Presence to qualify for grants, attract volunteers, supporters and donations.  The project needs additional team members of all walks of Digital Life to help bring their digital presence to light.  They are affiliated with RDA.org

Whether you’re new to IT, whatever your learning path this is the perfect learning opportunity to learn about the tasks that go into the creation and use of Web Presence.

Check out the South West Creative Technology Network (SWCTN)

It is a £6.5 million project to expand the use of creative technologies across the south west of England. The network is offering three one-year funded programmes around the themes of Immersion, Automation and Data.
