We are delighted to introduce the Women’s Tech Hub community to Bugsnag, who are sponsoring Diversity In Tech 2017. Bugsnag started in San Francisco and now have an expanding team in Bath, UK. This is what they do:
We want to make it as easy as possible for people to attend our first annual conference on Diversity in Tech.
- We decided to have it on a Saturday rather than during the week, so that people working elsewhere could come and find out more about tech.
- We kept the price as low as possible (lunch is included) and offer free tickets for people on benefits.
- We are hosting at the Watershed, which is an accessible building, with accessible toilet and baby-changing area.
We are delighted to confirm our list of speakers and panel facilitators for Diversity in Tech 2017. Timings are 10am-4pm, with three panel discussions and lots of time afterwards for carrying on the conversation. Here are the lovely people who are on each of the three panels:

Our Women’s Tech Hub Midwinter Social was a great way to start 2017 ~ connecting people in tech with each other, sharing information about the potential peer support that we and other meetup groups provide, and, last but not least, giving tech companies a chance to share info about current recruitment.
