Great Research Admin job and Workshop Wednesday is back with GO(lang)!

There’s a great opportunity that’s come in that we know some of you may be interested in as it’s pretty open, you can do a masters alongside it and it’s tech for good!

We are looking for a Research and Development Intern to join our technical team to help develop our expertise and capabilities in areas such as image forensics, data processing, and analysis. You will be helping us and our customers to stay abreast of the latest technical developments in scientific literature and the open source community, and will work to turn promising research into usable, and impactful, products. The outputs of your work will have a demonstrable effect on our community’s ability to protect vulnerable people, particularly online.

Workshop Wednesday is back with GO!lang

This week we have the usual WebDev101 support, general hangout, careers chat and Data Science and machine learning alongside the Codehub lot. They are also running a GOlang session for beginners, although it’s full this week keep an eye out or come along anyway for networking. There’s also a Python DOJO monthly.
