The Role

We’re looking for an experienced project manager or someone from a similar background to be part of our growing team and help take our Data Operations to the next level. Off the back of a Series A fundraise we’re looking for an individual who can help manage and organise the activities of the rapidly growing Data Operations team. This team is responsible for collecting high volumes of complex data from a wide range of sources, and processing, validating, and loading it into our back end systems. The investment transparency and shareholder engagement features we provide to our end users and API customers are all underpinned by the data managed by this team.

The role objectives are to:

  • Work closely with our customer-facing sales, delivery and partnerships teams, to prioritise the activities of the Data Ops team to ensure the right data is available to the right stakeholders at the right time and that it meets all quality criteria.
  • Work with other members of the Data Ops team to establish and refine day-to-day operational processes and procedures to ensure the team’s data coverage and quality metrics are met or exceeded at all times.
  • Help bake that magic touch into everything we do

To reach these objectives you will have:

  • Demonstrable experience in managing multiple work streams and competing priorities at the same time
  • Experience in defining and refining operational processes
  • A proven track record of effective and persuasive communication, strategic innovation, and high-level problem-solving.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • An eye for detail
  • Ideally you will have some experience in pensions or investment management and be familiar with the sector, however we are also open to individuals with an avid interest in the sector.
