We are looking for a Web / Digital Analyst to join our team!

You’ll sit as part of a team of data-obsessed analysts who all have a passion for high-quality data collection, visualisation, and analysis. You’ll be someone who knows where to look for the latest digital news and announcements. You’ll have experience working in an environment that requires you to manage your own workload and handle competing deadlines.  So if you are data-focused and have a passion for charities and nonprofits we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support our clients in identifying and measuring relevant objectives & KPIs for their digital products and marketing activities.
  • Setting up and auditing Google Analytics accounts for our clients.
  • Enhanced ecommerce tracking setup and optimisation.
  • Looker Studio (formerly known as Google Data Studio) setup and iteration.
  • Google Tag Manager (GTM) implementation, setup and optimisation.
  • Pixel implementation (Facebook, DoubleClick, Twitter, LinkedIn) via GTM
  • Planning and running external training days in Google Analytics, Google Tag manager & Looker Studio for our clients.
  • Taking responsibility for the development and mentoring of internal staff with regard to Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Supporting our Head of Data & Analytics and Digital Account Managers in contributing to new business pitches and proposals.

The right person for the role will have the following skills:

Essential

  • Demonstrable technical knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager, such as building data layers, event and ecommerce tracking.
  • At least three years working in a Google Analytics-centric role. You will currently be in a role where you use this tool every day.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Google Tag Manager.
  • A rounded understanding of the importance of data and analytics when building KPIs.
  • Passion for all things web analytics, and a desire to learn and grow as part of a team.

Desirable

  • Agency and / or charity experience.
  • Experience working within a digital marketing environment—a good understanding of pay-per-click (PPC), search engine optimisation (SEO) and paid social media management is desirable.
  • A working understanding of the Google Analytics API. You’ll be comfortable querying data outside of the Google Analytics interface using plugins or data connectors.
  • Keen interest in conversion rate optimisation best practice and a desire to help develop our CRO offering.

**This is made up of a base salary £28,285 – £39,925 and a profit share £7,931 – £9,589, of which £3,600 is tax free! The profit share is prorated and paid quarterly . The profit share can be higher or lower based on company performance.
