Women Tech Founder with YTKO Thursday May the 6th
Women’s Tech Founders has partnered with YTKO to deliver a series of events offering tailored business support to help you start and grow your tech business via the North and East Bristol Support programme (NEBS).
NEBS is delivering fully funded business support to help pre-start, start-ups and SMEs gain the essential business knowledge needed for success. The wide range of support includes workshops and training in marketing, finance, planning, strategy and much more, as well as 1:1 sessions with expert business advisors and access to peer networking events to grow your Bristol business network. Funded by Bristol City Council and West of England Combined Authority, this support is available until March 2023, covering all industries and business sizes from 0 to 250 employees. In addition to the live, online workshops the support gives access to two award-winning e-learning platforms to allow learning in your own time.
Join us on Zoom This Thursday for a one hour interactive and informal meeting to discover more about the funded programme and how to access tailored support, as well as request topics for learning and group discussion each month.
Sign up for the event via meetup.
*WTF is a women-only group but YTKO also support men so please contact them via their website https://www.ytko.com/
In the run up to our summer conference, we are interviewing female founders of the SETSquared Bristol member companies. Each of their stories is individual, some have a technical background, others are using technology to enable their business idea. Our aim is to inspire the next wave of female innovators to step forward and positively influence future development. What we need first is a practical conversation on diversity and how to identify and address barriers which deter women and girls from engaging in science, technology, engineering and maths.
