To be fair we are starting to get into our stride and not wearing shoes or getting dressed is interesting, especially still wearing pj bottoms on work calls!
It was great to catch up with some of you this week and we loved the Pyjamas! Currently we are available for support online in place of our Free Three Fridays (f3F) & Workshop Wednesdays for zoom catch-ups. We are happy to discuss what members are looking for support wise and also just to catch up while we look into our future workshop options. Dress code ‘Casual’ it appears! Sign up on our meetup here or mail us on email@example.com for details.
Stuff we spotted and thought we would pass on

Future Of IOT
Future of IoT: Experis, techUK, and HBB are pleased to host the second Future of IoT Conference in Bristol on the 25th April. We’ll be on a panel and present with a stand so come and say hi!
Experis, techUK and HBB are pleased to host the second Future of IoT Event
in Bristol for 2019. This year’s event will focus on the incredible
benefits that the Internet of Things can bring to Manufacturing; from
the adoption of advanced manufacturing methods which allow for greater
customisation, through to the potential energy savings and performance
improvements that it can deliver. We will also explore the new skills
that will be needed to underpin this change, as operations and
information technology collide.
Whilst there are pockets of world-leading excellence in the UK, the
Government backed Made Smarter Review emphasised that the faster
adoption of what it called Industrial Digital Technologies is a
priority, offering a prize fund of as much as £455bn for UK
manufacturing over the next decade.
Attendees will hear industry leaders share the opportunities and
difficulties of implementing advanced manufacturing techniques, and
their recommendations for others who are progressing their IoT journey.
There will be the chance to network throughout the day with technology
and industry leaders, as well as gain a greater understanding of
Government support and plans in this area.
