Monday Blues?

Blue Monday Balloon

Yep – its that time of year that they call blue Monday – although secretly the name just reminds us of the rather cheerful New Order song

Knowing what a bit of a rubbish time most of us have been having recently we have been looking at some support options that people might want to plug into.

One of our favourite spots is the Frazzled Cafe which was set up by Ruby Wax – its not mental health and the tag line is: its ok to be not okay which resonates with most of us currently

Frazzled Cafe is about people coming together to share their stories, calmly sitting together, stating their case and feeling validated as a result. Feeling heard, to me, has always been half the cure.
