Passive recruitment service
For other companies not using recruitment agents, we charge a £500 finders fee for the placement of our candidates from below. We are candidate-driven so do not outwardly recruit for companies, we simply look to place our members with the best companies in the region. Our candidates are primarily women, but we include all genders in our lists, if this is important to you then please let us know.
You may find a candidate on our candidates list or we can put on a free jobs board and manage the candidates for you. The free jobs boards will bear our name and come directly through us as would be seen with recruitment agencies. We do not however outwardly contact people that we believe would be a good fit, other than our members who may be looking for a role and not on our candidates list.
We are a social enterprise and not out to make money, so the finders fee is just to support us to exist and run the groups and workshops. The fee is payable on the day of a candidate starting and there is no fee payback if the candidate leaves as we believe that the fee is low enough and also goes to support the group.
